We first take your information, learn your needs and arrange a consultation call to discuss how we can help to handle your relocation needs, discuss timeline and respond to any initial questions you may have. Following the consultation we send a summary of what was discussed, list the relevant services with clear fee quotes and share our handbook and supplements to provide a wealth of useful information.

Temporary Accommodation
If required, we can assist with finding temporary or short term accommodation options if you need to relocate before finding the right long term place to live. We are also able to provide customs coordination if you wish to bring any property, such as furniture or electrical items, to Turkey. We can also help communicating with local moving companies and storage providers if needed.
Long Term Accommodation
We can help you to find the perfect home for your budget and requirements.
We research the market, provide you with a list of options and then arrange a one or two day tour to visit the properties and make your selection. Throughout this process, we assist with translation with the landlords and real estate agents, and can also help with negotiations for your chosen property. Once you have selected your new home, we will prepare and review the lease agreement to ensure you are adequately protected, and conduct necessary formalities such as official address registration.

We can help organize the right professionals for your household needs such as cleaners, decorators, locksmiths, handymen for maintenance and repair, electricians and plumbers.
Schooling Search
If you have children, we understand that one of the most important aspects you will need to arrange is their education.
Istanbul has a number of international schooling options that cover from pre-school onwards, we can help you to find the best International school for your children, arranging visits and meetings for you with the schools, and providing details on the admission procedures. We normally arrange a one day school visit tour to allow easy comparison of your options.
Opening a Turkish Bank Account
If you need a local bank account and/or local tax ID, we provide assistance with everything that is required to do so.
Utilities
Connecting electricity, water, gas, internet, landline telephone, cable TV and home security services for your new home.
Mobile Phone
Help with purchasing a local SIM card for pay-as-you-go or monthly pay contract use and registering your foreign mobile device to allow it to be used on Turkish networks.
